Our Story So Far
Be Your After Total Wellness, LLC was born out of a personal journey, a story of determination and self-improvement.
As the founder embarked on a remarkable 130-pound weight loss transformation, "Be Your After" , a shortened version of “Be your after picture” served as a reminder of the goal to look better in photos.
Over time “Be your after” became a mantra during morning runs, a simple reminder that the only competition is oneself. It sparked a realization that wellness is not limited to physical changes alone, but requires a holistic unapologetic and consistent approach to self-care. Thus, Be Your After Total Wellness, LLC (BYA) was born. BYA was designed to fill the gap for Black women and athletes of color by providing the customized massage therapy and bodywork services you need without sacrificing the luxurious spa-like touches you want.
