It is always my sincere goal to provide the best possible Be Your After Experience to you as my client. As part of a commitment to provide a unique and outstanding session to all clients and out of consideration for both your time and mine,
the following policies have been adopted:
EXPERIENCE DEPOSITS
All Be Your After Experiences require a non-refundable deposit and a valid credit or e-gift card on file to confirm a reservation. This deposit is applied to your overall total and is due at session confirmation. Deposit amounts are as follows:
Experiences: $25
Last Minute Experiences: 100%
Promotional Experiences: 100%
The remaining balance and any optional gratuity will be collected at session completion. Upon checkout, clients may choose an alternate method of payment and are not obligated to use the credit card on file.
Accepted Payment Forms Include:
Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, E-Gift Cards, Apple Pay, FSA/HSA, Major Credit Cards
ARRIVAL
Please be mindful when choosing an appointment that you should arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This will ensure that you have time to discuss any concerns you may have, set intentions for the session, undress to your comfort, and get onto the table. All sessions are reserved exclusively for you and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried Experience.
LATE ARRIVAL
Your Experience times are reserved exclusively for you and it is understandable that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why you may be running late for your Experience. Late arrivals, of less than 15 minutes, unfortunately cannot receive an extension and will still conclude at their originally scheduled time.
Experiences will be automatically cancelled and charged as a No Call No Show at 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
RESCHEDULING
If, for any reason, you cannot keep your scheduled Experience please reach out at least 48 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service, this can only be done ONCE and the deposit cannot be applied to any previously booked sessions. An Experience can only be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. Any prepaid amount, up to and including full payment and gratuity, are forfeit if not rescheduled within 30 days.
*Please note that Last Minute and Promotional Experiences cannot be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION
Your Experience times are reserved exclusively for you. When you miss an Experience, not only is your business lost, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, Be Your After operates “By Appointment Only” so many times the therapist has traveled to the office specifically for your Experience. For these reasons, the therapist must be compensated even when you are unable to keep your appointment.
Cancellations Fees are as Follows:
More than 48 Hours Notice: $0, 30 days to reschedule ONCE
Less than 48 Hours Notice: 100%*
No Call No Show: 100%*
*or any prepaid amount, whichever is higher
Repeated cancellations (two or more) will require full prepayment for future booked Experiences, standard deposits will no longer be accepted.
