It is always my goal to provide the best possible Be Your After Experience. I value both your time as my client and my time as your massage therapist. Please be mindful when choosing an appointment time that you should arrive no more than 10 minutes early to allow time to discuss any concerns you may have and set the goal of the session.
I want to ensure that you reap the benefits of your fully allotted hands-on time.
All individual and Duo Be Your After Experiences require a non-refundable $25 deposit. This deposit is applied to your overall total and is due at session confirmation. The remaining balance and any optional gratuity will be collected upon session completion.
Accepted Payment Forms Include:
Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, FSA/HSA Card, Major Credit Cards
If, for any reason, you cannot keep your individual or Duo appointment please contact me at least 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service, this can only be done ONCE and the deposit cannot be applied to any previously booked sessions. An Experience can only be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment.
*Please note that group events cannot be rescheduled.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To be fair and courteous to my other clients, Experiences will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please be aware this will result in forfeiture of any prepaid amount, up to and including full payment and gratuity.
Late arrivals, of less than 15 minutes, will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment.
It is imperative that you keep your scheduled appointments or cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any prepaid amount, up to and including full payment and gratuity.
Repeated cancellations will require payment in full for any future booked Experiences, no deposits will be accepted
